Our Refund Policy 

Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits for change of mind. However, we are confident in our products quality and offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our product, its best to discuss this with us at time of collection, however if this isn’t possible, please contact us via our contact us page within 30 days of collection/receiving your order and we will be there to help.

Our Shipping Policy 

Due to the current high cost to ship our large items over east, only local collection or delivery options are available. Please check back as we continue to work with local freight companies, to secure more competitive shipping rates for our customers. If you would like to organise your own freight outside the Perth Metro Area this is also an option, please reach out via the contact us page.
